Cynthia Armistead

I was on her show on April 2, 1998 (it aired on April 6), talking about cyberstalking and internet safety. She’s TINY! And she seemed very tired at that time. I didn’t get a chance to spend any time with her alone, of course, but her show takes great care of their guests.

We initially met through an informal mailing list maintained by one of my friends, then fell out of touch. A few years later, I began attending a Unitarian Universalist congregation, and was tickled to receive a wedding invitation from a very cute couple we’d seen a few times. She was the bride!

Happily, we haven’t fallen out of touch this time :-)

ChatOmbre, I think…

Chatombre is my Goddess-Gift Baby, my very own miracle. And yes, she was conceived after a personal encounter with Goddess, which seems to have ended years of infertility just so Chatombre could make her appearance on this earth.

So as far as I’m concerned, Goddess introduced me to Chatombre. As for the face/name She was wearing at the time – that’s more private.

Chatombre is not a person to be taken lightly. She obviously arrived on this earth at exactly the right time and place for her purpose, as well as Hers.

Chatombre made herself known to me within two days of conception – I was just damned stubborn about understanding what she was saying.

Since then, she’s consistently had her own sense of style in everything, and she’s taught me to get out of the way and let her do her thing. It works well for her, and hers is the life she’s living.

Technomom was the first person I ever met… my mother. <3
